My fees are consistent with the current recommended fee schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors:

Individual Counselling

$160 for 60 minutes Counselling

Couples Counselling

$180 for 60 minutes Counselling

Supervision

$160 for 60 minutes Supervision

If you prefer a 75 minute session please email me at NatalieHansenCounselling@gmail.com and I will extend it your session. 75 minute sessions cost a little more.

Generally clients pay at the end of the session with card, apple pay, e-transfer or cash and receive an emailed receipt to submit.

Direct Billing: As of November 1 2025 I am able to direct bill to one insurance company per visit. Here are the companies I can currently direct bill:

I am in the process of registering with Green Shield and may be able to direct bill them in December 2025. 

Sun Life is allowing Clinical Counsellors to register for direct billing December 1 and they are expecting registration to take 1 month so I may be able to direct bill Sun Life from January 2026.

If you are interested in direct billing please bring in your insurance information at the time of the appointment.

Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations.   This allows me time to call someone on the waitlist to fill your space.

Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged the full session fee and the receipt will not be able to be submitted.
