My fees are consistent with the current recommended fee schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors:

Individual Counselling

$170 for 60 minutes Counselling

Couples Counselling

$180 for 60 minutes Counselling

Supervision

$170 for 60 minutes Supervision

If you prefer a 75 minute session please email me at NatalieHansenCounselling@gmail.com and I will extend it your session. 75 minute sessions cost a little more.

Generally clients pay at the end of the session with card, apple pay, e-transfer or cash and receive an emailed receipt to submit.

Direct Billing:  I am able to direct bill to many insurance companies. Sometimes even though you have coverage for me the insurance company does not allow counsellors to direct bill.  Here are the companies that generally have allowed me to direct bill:

Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations.   This allows me time to call someone on the waitlist to fill your space.

Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged the full session fee and the receipt will not be able to be submitted.
