If you are booking online and notice there is a long wait to get an appointment you may be interested in hearing about any cancellations that come up. Please email me and let me know if you’d like to be notified of earlier openings becoming available. It is common that I have an unexpected opening once a week so it may be worth your while to take this step if you are new or needing to come in very soon.
You may also reach me by phoning (604) 816-6532 and leaving a confidential voicemail. If there are safety or privacy concerns about me calling you back or leaving a message, please advise so in your message. It generally takes me a day or two to return phone calls so if you have a routine scheduling question email is a much faster way to reach me.

I will return your call or message as soon as possible. Every client message is important to me. If you do not hear back within two days your message may not have reached me or my message may have landed in your junk mail so please try again using an alternative method.

If your sessions are being paid by a third party like CVAP or ICBC please be advised that I am currently full for 100% funded clients. That means that you will be expected to top up each session by $60 for CVAP or $40 for ICBC clients. ICBC requires me to gain permission from them prior to our first session. Please contact me before the first session with your claim number and adjuster’s contact information so I can gain pre-approval before our first session.
